Caitlin McKenna, SHA 2005, has 12 years of business management, global brand & product development, and investment experience within the Wellness & Hospitality industries. Presently, she leads Product Innovation at Hilton, supporting 14 brands within the company’s portfolio, through product creation at the intersection of disciplines, such as technology, sustainability, wellness, food & beverage, and hospitality. Her primary role is to support the positioning of Hilton as a forward-thinking hospitality company and drive strategy around innovative product and proof of concept development. Caitlin also manages partnerships at a strategic level to ideate, develop, and commercialize leading-edge solutions for the industry. Prior to her role in Product Innovation, Caitlin was a leader for Spa and Fitness at Hilton, representing and driving the growth of wellness within the global full-service and luxury hotel environments. She developed and managed three distinct full-service and luxury spa brands (eforea spa, Conrad Spa, and Waldorf Astoria Spa) and oversaw fitness standards and concepts for 4,400 properties globally. Her career in prior years included advisory and consultancy roles focused on operational and investment analytics to maximize individual asset and portfolio value.
Caitlin graduated from the Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration and has continued her professional development studies through institutions like Gallaudet University, Stanford University, and Cornell University. She is based in Washington D.C./Northern Virginia and lives with her husband and two young boys.
