Bradford Perkins

Bradford Perkins is an architect and planner and is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Perkins Eastman Architects, a 1000 person firm based in New York City with 15 offices in the US and overseas. He has worked on projects throughout the US and 30 countries around the world. He is particularly well known for his work in senior living and healthcare as well a dozen other building types.

His projects have included such varied assignments as the new TKTS Booth in NYC’s Times Square, over 100 Senior Living and Care Facilities, 20 years of projects for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and a Comprehensive Master Plan for Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. He is the author of eight textbooks and over 100 articles in professional journals. He is on the faculty of Cornell’s College of Art, Architecture, and Planning. He has a BA in Latin American History (magna cum laude, distinction) from Cornell, a B Arch from CCNY and an MBA from Stanford.
