Peggy Odom-Reed is a lecturer in Hospitality Leadership at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration, and currently teaches core courses in management communication. She earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the Department of Communication at Cornell University, and has taught courses in leadership communication and organizational communication. Her research is focused on communication (social) networks, leadership, teams, and distributed collaborative work. In addition to her academic experience, Odom-Reed has professional experience in human resources and leadership coaching.
