Vince Slaugh is an assistant professor of operations management at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He received his PhD in operations management from Carnegie Mellon University and also held a visiting position in supply chain management at Penn State University. His research focuses on capacity planning for service operations, including online rental businesses, child welfare systems, and healthcare systems, and has been published in Interfaces and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
