Michael is a Professor of Operations and Supply Management. His research, teaching and advisory portfolio covers an eclectiv range of practice-centred project, operations and supply management challenges; from fast fashion retail and the challenges of senior care to drone operations and retrofitting buildings. He is the author of more than 50 journal articles and several books, including a widely adopted and translated textbook on Operations Strategy (7e 2023).
