With over 20 years of experience in creating diverse environments, Siobhan is a nationally recognized architect and leader specializing in senior living design. Her passion is centered on crafting spaces that enrich the lives of seniors, offering them context-driven environments that extend beyond the physical property line. Siobhan has led numerous high-profile, award-winning projects and is celebrated for her innovative approach to designing engaging, comfortable, and purposeful spaces for aging populations. 

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, Siobhan seamlessly integrates urban planning, architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture into her design process. From concept development through final execution, she skillfully addresses complex project requirements while maximizing opportunities for thoughtful and functional design. Her hands-on approach ensures she remains involved in every phase of the project, working closely with her teams to deliver results that consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Beyond her expertise in senior living, Siobhan incorporates her passion for sustainable design, density, and New Urbanist principles into her work. A frequent speaker at industry forums such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Environments for Aging, she regularly contributes to discussions on these topics at various design and senior living conferences. Her community engagement extends to advocating for zoning changes and land use regulations that support walkable urban design and quality placemaking.

In her dedication to understanding the needs of seniors, Siobhan participates in the Sleepover Project®, a program that involves spending 24 hours as a resident in senior living communities. This immersive experience provides her with unique insights into the daily realities of seniors, informing her design practice in a meaningful and impactful way.
