Deno Adkins

Deno Adkins, FACHE, serves as the senior vice president, Ambulatory & Consumer Services. This includes strategy, development, and operations of outpatient facilities throughout Cone Health. Facilities include Cone Health’s MedCenters, clinics, urgent care centers, and other places that provide health
care outside of a hospital. Adkins joined Cone Health as an administrative fellow and completed his fellowship training in 2005.
Adkins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French studies with a concentration in business administration from Furman University. He holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and Master of Health Administration degree from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia
State University.
An avid United Way supporter and volunteer, Adkins has chaired the Greensboro United Way African American Leadership Advisory Board and the Cone Health employee campaign.
He is a fellow of the Health Management Academy. He was previously named one of Triad Business Journal’s “40 Leaders Under Forty” and Volunteer of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters. Adkins is a certified management coach, a member of the Medical Group Management Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
