Peyton Fort is a healthcare design research strategist who cultivates a holistic and inclusive approach to wellbeing, blending living-centered design, service-minded hospitality, and sustainable lifestyle medicine to promote the health of all people and the planet.

Grounded by her global public health undergraduate studies at Cornell University, she has supported advances in community health, environmental sustainability, and international nutrition as a research fellow with Johns Hopkins University, USAID Advancing Nutrition, and Americorps Climate Action Corps. She carries with her an innate passion for health equity and environmental justice fortified by these experiences and a deep understanding of health systems leadership, quality improvement, and business developed through her time with Cornell’s Sloan Masters of Healthcare Administration Program.

This knowledge has supported her mission to facilitate integration between inclusive healthcare, human-centered hospitality, and sustainable design through her past work as a research fellow with Cornell’s Health Design Innovations Lab, design consultant with the Tribeca Surgical Institute, healthcare design research analyst with CAMA Inc, and healthcare projects manager with Waterstone Properties Group.

As a member of the International Network of Health Promoting Hospitals’ Built Environment Task Force, industry scholar with Cornell University’s Institute for Healthy Futures, and director of Operations and Strategy for Resonance Wellness Functional Medicine Clinic, Peyton continues to seek new ways to expand her worldview and form connections across international bounds that will foster the creation of integrated and equitable communities for holistic wellbeing throughout the US and abroad.
