HEC 96 Together: Inspiring Collaboration to Build and Progress

At its core, hospitality is about the spirit of people and service to others. As the industry redefines itself, collaboration provides paths to innovation and opportunity. This year, HEC celebrates the human connection within hospitality and the power of unity to overcome difficulty together. Our program explores forward-thinking solutions, highlights a resilient industry, and inspires fellowship across communities.

The board of directors and their student volunteer teams have been planning since April of last year to create engaging and meaningful content, delivered virtually, for this year’s conference.  I would like to personally invite you to join the conference programming, featuring an amazing line up of speakers and presentation topics designed to identify ways to navigate through challenging times. Including an array of speakers from many aspects of the hospitality industry, from design to tourism, technology to food, and everywhere in between, this year’s conference is packed with new and familiar faces.

As we learn to navigate the challenges we are facing together as an industry, we want to honor an organization that has continued to lead by example of “Life is Service” and community fellowship. The online week long auction leading up to HEC to benefit DC Central Kitchen will carry over from our initiative during last year’s “Dare to Do” conference to highlight and honor DCCK.  If you are interested in supporting this amazing organization, you can donate now at www.dccentralkitchen.org/HotelEzraCornell.

To receive your admission to the virtual programming, please register using the following link. This registration form is complimentary for SHA and JCB faculty, staff and students only. Please do not share this registration link outside of our community.  Registration for the conference closes on March 9, 2021 and your complimentary link to programming will be sent to the email with which you register.
