Zuzanna is a first year MHA student in the Sloan Program in Health Administration. She attended the College of Charleston as an undergraduate where she obtained her B.S. in Public Health. Zuzanna’s passion for improving patients’ perspectives of care stems from her experience working as a Patient Care Technician at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. She is fascinated by the utilization of hospitality methods as a means of improving standards of care and increasing patient satisfaction. In her spare time, Zuzanna enjoys baking, hiking, and working on puzzles!
